Razzbourne Farms Goat Cheese

Razzbourne Farms is a local Goat cheese farm located in Fairfield, VA. The quality of their cheeses is superb and they sell their products at various locations nearby (Rockbridge Vineyard is the closest). We learned from trying and purchasing their products that there can be so much more to goat cheese than we imagined. My 2 favorites are ‘Kick Ash’ and the ‘Fresh Chevre’ however, I plan to try them all and am looking forward to their semi-hard cheese called ‘Tipsy’ – washed in Rockbridge Vineyard’s Tuscarora Red wine – nice!
